Terms and refunds

These terms apply when you buy or download a digital product from HostPrep Kit, a brand of Social Mafia OÜ, registry code 17400703, Staapli tn 3, 10415 Tallinn, Estonia.

What you are buying

All products are digital files (Word documents (.docx), spreadsheets (.xlsx) and PDF guides). Nothing physical is shipped. Product pages describe what each file contains and which apps it works with. Please check that before you buy.

Payment and delivery

Checkout is run by Polar Software, Inc., which sells the products to you as Merchant of Record on our behalf. Polar's buyer terms also apply to the payment. You can download your files as soon as your payment is confirmed, and Polar emails you a link to them. If a file does not arrive or does not open, email hello@mintagency.eu and we will sort it out.

Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, email us within 14 days and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

Your licence

Your purchase gives one host or hosting business a licence to edit and use the templates for the properties it manages. You may share printed or PDF copies of your finished welcome book, signs and checklists with your guests and cleaners.

You may not resell, share, upload or give away the files, or pass them off as your own work, in their original or edited form.

What the products are, and are not

The templates are organisers. The EU Host Admin Sheet summarises the EU Regulation on short-term rentals with links to official sources, but it is not legal or tax advice. Registration and other rules depend on your country, region and city, so check with your local authority.

The welcome book uses 112 as the emergency number, which works across the EU. Change it if your property is elsewhere, and check local rules on what you must tell guests.

Ownership

The designs, text and layouts are owned by Social Mafia OÜ.

Liability

We take care to make the files accurate and useful, but we cannot promise they are free of every error or right for every situation. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
