What to put in a welcome book for your Airbnb or holiday rental
Guests ask the same questions at every stay: how do I get in, what is the Wi-Fi, how does the heating work, where do the bins go. A good welcome book answers them before they message you.

Tips that make it work
- Send a PDF or view-only link a few days before arrival. Guests read it on the train.
- Add a photo for anything tricky, like the lockbox or the boiler switch.
- Keep a printed copy in the property, in a clear sleeve.
- If many guests speak another language, add a translated copy.
- Read it through once as if you were a guest who has never been there.
